Has many years’ experience in corporate services for economic entities. He has provided counsel in numerous transactions on the capital market. He is a specialist in economic and financial law. He has also developed his experience by being a member of supervisory boards of private equity companies and public companies, including one brokerage house and investment fund associations. Within Łuć & Wspólnicy Legal Office, he also deals with the practice of trade between Poland and Ukraine. He takes part in many projects concerning the representation of Ukrainian companies in Poland and of entrepreneurs who are only starting operations in Ukraine..
Has many years’ experience in banking and financial services carried out under Polish law and regulations applicable in foreign capital markets (among others, custody services and offshore banking services). She has practice in obtaining funds from the European Regional Development Fund, in particular in the scope of eligibility of expenses and appeal procedures. In government and self-government institutions, she has also gained experience in administrative law, specialising in the issues of real estate economics, spatial planning, and administrative procedure.
She is a specialist in civil and commercial law. She has conducted dozens of court proceedings in which she has successfully represented her Clients before courts of all instances and the Supreme Court. She has an extensive experience in government procurement law, disputes over agreements for construction works, and internal relations of companies.
She is the author of articles concerning civil law in Rzeczpospolita and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. She is a fluent speaker of English (CPE).
Has over 10 years of professional experience. He specialises in claiming compensation in Poland and Ireland in connection with road accidents, accidents at work, losses and injuries caused in everyday lives, medical errors. He gained practice at William Crean & Co Solicitors and JC Hoban & Company Solicitors. Since 2008, he has been entered to the list of legal counsels at Law Society of Ireland. He has the rights of an Irish solicitor.

He graduated LL.M. with concentration in Law & Technology program at University of Ottawa, Canada, focusing on the law of new technologies. Krzysztof is a PhD candidate at University of Wrocław, Poland, specializing in the law on personal data and privacy protection. Lecturer of the Higher School of Law of Helena Chodkowska in Wrocław. Recipient of Edward Barry McDougall Memorial Scholarship for Graduate Studies in Law. Member of Centre of Excellence of Jean Monnet at University of Wrocław.
