The expiry of the period of guarantee does not exclude the obligation to repay a debt

Does bringing an action before a common court discontinue the period of civil guarantee bearing a specific date for a receivable existing on the day of conclusion of the agreement of civil guarantee?

The expiry of the period of guarantee as indicated in the agreement does not exclude the obligation of the guarantor to satisfy the claim which is claimed before the court by the creditor if the complaint was filed prior to the expiry of the said date.
